🔒 UTurn Child Safety Standards and Prohibition of CSAE

At UTurn, our mission is to facilitate genuine social networking for adults in a safe and secure environment. We have zero tolerance for content or behavior related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

This policy outlines our commitments, prohibitions, and procedures for addressing this critical issue.

1. Prohibited Conduct: Zero Tolerance for CSAE/CSAM

UTurn strictly prohibits the creation, sharing, uploading, or soliciting of any content related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

  • Immediate Ban: Any user found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately and permanently banned from the UTurn platform without exception.

  • No Exceptions: This prohibition applies across all features of the UTurn app, including private messaging, voice/video calling, and social discovery features. We do not permit any content or behavior that sexualizes children or promotes their exploitation.

  • Prohibition of Grooming: We actively monitor and prohibit behavior that constitutes grooming—the deliberate targeting of children or the misuse of our platform to facilitate illegal offline contact with minors.

2. Reporting Mechanism and User Safety

All UTurn users have a responsibility to report illegal or harmful content.

  • Direct Reporting: If a user encounters CSAE content, CSAM, or any suspicious activity related to the exploitation of minors, reports can be submitted immediately via email to our dedicated safety team at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

  • Immediate Review: All reports concerning child safety are prioritized and reviewed by trained moderators with the highest urgency.

3. Action, Compliance, and Content Removal

Upon becoming aware of content that violates our CSAE policy, UTurn commits to taking immediate and decisive action.

  • Content Removal: Any content identified as CSAM or related to CSAE will be immediately removed from our servers and platforms.

  • Account Termination: The associated user account will be permanently terminated and blocked from creating new profiles.

  • Cooperation with Authorities: UTurn is committed to cooperating fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies. We will preserve evidence and assist in investigations related to CSAE/CSAM as required by law.

4. External Reporting and NCMEC Compliance

To ensure we uphold the highest safety standards, UTurn reports confirmed instances of CSAM to the relevant national authorities.

  • Mandatory Reporting: UTurn will submit detailed reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and comply with applicable local and international reporting obligations. This reporting is done using industry-standard tools and protocols.

  • Ongoing Monitoring: We employ a combination of human moderation and advanced industry-standard scanning technology to proactively detect, identify, and report known CSAM images and patterns of abuse.
