🔥 How to Delete Your UTurn Account

We understand that sometimes users may choose to move on — and at UTurn, we believe in making that choice easy and transparent.

You can delete your UTurn account at any time, directly from within the app.

🧭 Where to Find the Delete Option

To delete your account:

1. Open the UTurn app

2. Go to Settings

3. Tap Account

4. Select Delete Account

You’ll be asked to enter your password and confirm the deletion to avoid any accidental removal.

⚠️ What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your UTurn account is instantly deleted from our servers.

• Your chat data, photos, videos, and all other UTurn-related files are removed from your device.

• Your Connect profile, if any, is deleted.

• Any profile photos you've uploaded are scheduled for deletion during our next periodic server flush.

• Deletion cannot be undone.

Please note: While your account and data are deleted, any messages you’ve sent may still remain on the devices of users you’ve chatted with — similar to how email works.

❌ Important to Know

• There is no way to recover your account once it has been deleted.

• If you change your mind later, you’ll need to register again from scratch.

• This process is designed to be simple, fast, and fully in your control.
