How We Protect Your Account

1. SIM-Less Accounts
Sign up using only an email address and a random UTurn ID. You never have to disclose your personal cell phone number to anyone on the network.
2. No Address Book Access
We never request or upload your contact list. You add contacts intentionally by ID, preventing automated social graph mapping.
3. Local Key Custody
Encryption keys and identity credentials are held exclusively inside device storage—never uploaded to a centralized cloud vault.
4. Direct Deletion Control
You can delete your account directly from the app at any time. When deleted, your email address and credentials are permanently purged from server memory.
